The project paired a new Life Guidance addition for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia with the renovation of existing occupied spaces. Common areas were renovated and relocated, and building systems were upgraded.

A 45,000-square-foot addition created 45 Life Guidance apartments and connected the new building to the existing structure.
